Carl and Terry have been mates for over 14 years. Between them they bring 30 years of hands-on experience in mining and construction — one from the operations side, one from the technology side. GO! Site Ready is what happens when those two angles meet the same problem.

Carl Snowling
Co-founder
Carl spent nearly a decade as a lead consultant at Projection Group in Brisbane. His clients included Anglo American and GlencoreXstrata. He managed the centralisation of workforce systems across 27 mine sites and more than 40,000 personnel.
That work put him directly at the intersection of what mine sites demand from contractors — and where the processes contractors actually use fall apart.
Mine sites have strict, site-specific requirements. Most contractors know this. What they don't have is a system that keeps up — so they manage it with spreadsheets, email chains, and one person who holds everything in their head. Carl saw what happens when that breaks: gate knockbacks, audit scrambles, good workers standing down because a document expired. That's the gap he built GO! Site Ready to close.
Terry Cullen
Co-founder
Terry has spent over 20 years building enterprise software — web applications, systems integrations, and data platforms. Before co-founding PIAGO, he worked as a senior developer at Harmony Gold, where he saw firsthand how the mining industry uses and outgrows its systems.
When Carl brought the problem, Terry built the solution.
The issue isn't that contractors don't know what's required. It's that the requirements are different for every site, every client, and every role — and they change constantly. A spreadsheet can't keep up with that. What you end up with is someone manually chasing documents the night before a mobilisation. Terry built a system that does that job automatically, so the right people are always ready and you can prove it.
Terry has been building GO! Site Ready since 2019 and is still the technical director today. Every feature came from a real contractor problem. That feedback loop hasn't stopped — and this is the core of what PIAGO does. Not a side project.
