Quick answers to the most common questions about GO! Site Ready.
About the product
GO! Site Ready is a workforce compliance and scheduling platform built specifically for Australian mining contractors. It's designed for operations managers, compliance admins, and scheduling teams who need to manage people, equipment, and credentials across multiple sites — without the spreadsheet chaos.
Yes. GO! Site Ready is built for mining contractors but works across mixed-site operations including civil, construction, and industrial sites. You set compliance requirements per worksite, so the system checks each worker against the right rules regardless of which industry the site belongs to.
Client portals like Avetta, Pegasus, and Glencore are designed for the mine site — they manage who they let in. GO! Site Ready is designed for the contractor — it's your system of record for your own team's credentials, scheduling, and equipment. You own the data, you control it, and you use it across every client relationship. The two work alongside each other, not instead of each other.
Yes. GO! Site Ready works on any device with an internet connection — desktop, phone, or tablet. You can check compliance, update records, and answer site queries on the spot, whether you're in the office or at the gate.
Getting started
No credit card is required to apply for the 14-day Supported Trial. At Day 14, you'll be prompted to select a plan and start a subscription if you'd like to continue.
Yes. GO! Site Ready's onboarding wizard accepts spreadsheets and CSV files, so you're not starting from scratch. You import your existing people, credentials, and expiry dates directly. Most teams have their first site and role configured within a working day of starting the import.
Most teams have their first site and role configured within a working day. If you're on the 14-day Supported Trial, GO! Site Ready's team does the setup with you — you provide the data, we configure the system and deliver your first readiness report within 7–10 business days.
No. GO! Site Ready is built for busy operations teams, not software developers. The interface is straightforward and includes in-app help guides and video tutorials at every step. Our support team is also available during business hours if you need assistance.

Compliance & features
No — and it doesn't need to. GO! Site Ready is your central record. When a credential needs updating across multiple portals, you upload it once to the worker's profile in GO! Site Ready, then use the stored External Identifier links to jump straight to that worker's record in each portal. It eliminates the search-and-find loop without replacing the portals your clients require.
Yes — this is exactly what GO! Site Ready is built for. You set compliance requirements at three levels: your organisation's baseline role requirements, site-wide entry requirements, and site-specific role requirements. The system checks every worker against all three levels simultaneously.
Yes. GO! Site Ready manages people and equipment as assets in the same platform. Equipment attainments, inspection records, and service reminders are tracked the same way worker credentials are — with alerts before anything expires and compliance checks against site requirements.
Both, if you want. You configure who gets notified and when. Typically teams set tiered alerts at 30, 14, and 7 days — sending to the worker directly so they can chase their own renewal, and to your admin team so nothing falls through the gap.
